Shipping & Pickup Policy

Under the regulations of the Indiana Cottage Food Laws, we are currently only legally permitted to ship our honey products within the state of Indiana. We offer the following fulfillment methods:

• Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available in Evansville and Bloomington. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time and location.
• Indiana Shipping: Orders shipped within Indiana are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders totaling $100 or more. Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $100.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products as consumable, agricultural goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take extreme care in bottling and packaging our honey. However, if your order arrives severely damaged or incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our end, please reach out to us at [email protected] with photographs of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.

Please note that natural crystallization, variations in honey color, or minor honey leaks resulting from temperature changes during transit are completely normal properties of raw wildflower honey and do not qualify for a replacement or refund.
