Shipping & Pickup Policy

Under Indiana Cottage Food Laws, we are currently only legally permitted to ship our honey products within the state of Indiana.

Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available in Evansville and Bloomington.
Local Delivery: Local delivery is available in Evansville and Bloomington for $2 and is typically completed within 2 days.
Indiana Shipping: Orders shipped within Indiana are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders totaling $100 or more.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products as consumable agricultural goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives severely damaged or incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our end, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Natural crystallization, variations in color, or minor honey leaks caused by temperature changes during transit are normal properties of raw wildflower honey and do not qualify for a replacement or refund.
